Mr. Scott Birdwell is CEO and Chairman of ameliowave, Inc. He has served as the CEO and Chairman of Transcom Holdings since 2003. He also served as President and CEO of Transcom Communications, which he founded in 1999. Prior to founding Transcom Communications, Mr. Birdwell was President of Enhanced Communications, which he founded in 1993 and sold to World Access Service in 1999.

Mrs. Carolyn Malone serves as the Secretary Treasurer on the Board of Directors of ameliowave, Inc. She has served as the EVP of Administration and Human Resources of Transcom Holdings since 2003. Prior to joining Holdings, Ms. Malone was Director of Human Resources for DataVoN. Her work experience includes Human Resources and Office Management for Zydeco Energy, Inc. and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Search Financial Group.

Mr. Jody Craft is the original founder of ameliowave, Inc., formerly MarketEcho, and currently sits on the board. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of IP Product at T-Systems International from 2002 to 2004 where he was responsible for global management and delivery of Deutsche Telekom Group's International IP service portfolio spanning 54 countries. Mr. Craft has also held various executive-level engineering and product management positions within Telia AB and 360networks. In his 13+ years in the industry, he has deployed and managed some of the world's largest service networks.

Mr. Johnson, President of ameliowave, Inc. also holds a seat on the Board of Directors.
