Gap analysis is a business resource assessment methodology that enables companies to compare actual performance with potential performance with the goal of identifying gaps and recommending remediation. ameliowave will conduct an in-depth study of operations and procedures, as well as revenue assurance evaluations. We will also interrogate billing to ensure that our customers are billed accurately that they are billing customers completely and effectively. Once all data is collected, an evaluation is performed to identify gaps and potential issues.
